Problem with shortcode and Muffin Builder

Background info: I am trying to use the AnsPress plugin to create a forum where people can ask and answer questions. In order to use this plugin, I need to insert [anspress] where I want the forum to appear.

Problem: When using the Muffin Builder, if I enter [anspress] in the page in the area I want it to be, because it's wrapped around the divs created by Muffin Builder, the plugin looks super weird: http://d.pr/i/auDTW (URL).... It's supposed to look like this: http://d.pr/i/vSBkIQ (URL). On the latter, I have entered [anspress] in a clean page, without the elements created by Muffin Builder.

And here is a URL for a screenshot of the backend of the page that isn't working correctly (where Muffin Builder is making it look weird). On the latter, the [anspress] code is inside a Muffin Builder </> Code item.

Can anyone help?
