BeTheme Update not possible, de-registring also not possible

I tried to access support for my Companies Themeforest Login, but the forum does not accept the Username.
Themeforest howerver does. So I am now asking through my private forum login.


I recently added the https lisence. Maybe that is the problem, why I can not update through the Betheme update function.
I can also not de-register. I get an error.

"Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contect us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page."

What to do? It worked fine on my 'private' homepage at www.malotki.de
