  I am also facing the same issue, I did change the SEO Title & Description from the SEO settings on my homepage, I can see it updated to the source code, but when I share it on facebook it still shows "BeMedic | Best WordPress theme for doctors" Text.

  HI,
  This can be changed in theme options>SEO under meta description. This will not change immediately, you have to give it some time, but most of all clear your cache.
