Apply Toggle fonction on the top level menu mobile

Hello, I want to apply function Toggle (Equal to the cross) directly to the top level menu in mobile version.
Do you have a simple solution ?

I would like the submenus to appear (as an accordion) when clicking on the parent menu (which is not linked to a page).
It is the same movement as when I click on the cross that allows to extend the menu.

No, sorry. Only when you click the '+' the menu will open.
