How to Remove Purchase Code

Hey there!

Kind of long story, BUT. I started building a temp site on a temp domain through GoDaddy (8b4.cf4.myftpupload.com). Come to find out, the one-month hosting plan I purchased through my client's account used a previous employee's credit card. She called and cancelled that hosting plan. 

All of the work I had done to that site was gone. 

I got a new test site up and running, but now I can't upload this theme because I've used the purchase code before, even though it's the same site. 

I don't have access to the FTP of the old site. This is the message I get when I try the purchase code. 

"Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: 8b4.cf4.myftpupload.com"

What can I do?
