Subheader Image Padding using Layouts

I have tried the recommended image size for the header images. 1920x1080 but I seem to be getting some sort of a padding on the image header for the layouts. I have not added any CSS for image padding, did I enable a setting on the layout somehow or on the page?

This is not pading but the background position, how else would it fit to this container?
Just edit the background options for subheader and change the background position.

Like I said... I must have moved an option that I should not have. Thank you for your help. it is working now.
