Theme Activation

I was using the betheme license for one of my websites fightagainstdiabetes.in (FAD). Later I deregistered it and used it on meluhanaturals.com (MN) for testing purpose. 

Now for MN, I have moved the hosting from godaddy to Linode and mistakenly deleted the betheme folder from it. And I want to use the theme for FAD as was done earlier. But I am not able to deregister my theme from MN.  

Please help me in deregistering it from MN and use it on FAD. Sorry for the mess up I have created.
