Blog slider doesn't slide

On my site https://jeandarcel.ch/ i have the "blog slider" item. (right now 3 posts). But it doesn't slide and doesn't show arrows eighter.
in the "Betheme"-Options I also defined the interval of the slides to be shown. what am i doing wrong? I actually want it to look like: http://www.jda.de

please go to theme options>global>slider and set the slider time in miliseconds.
