All plugins got deactivated and theme changes- after pointer changes

Hi, 

We were working on our wordpress site,  the subdomain : wp.safinternational.net was pointing to "Public_html/saftest2/saftest2

Once the site was completed we asked the hosting company to make the site live with the URL: www.safinternational.net
The made the change by pointing safinternational domain to "Public_html/saftest2/saftest2. Right after most of the hyper links stopped working, the footer theme got changed, with bullets added. Arrow icons disappeared. 

Need help! can you please tell me what went wrong, how can we fix this?

    HI,
    Sorry but we do not know what your hosting company did, this is not a theme issue and we cannot possibly know what is wrong. There can be plenty of things.
    Wrong database paths, wrong URL in the wordpress settings or maybe wrong htaccess.
    Or maybe it is just the cache.
