Height of logo more than the menu bar

Hi 

Since our logo (it is a circular logo like ur Bemedic 2 demo ) is not fitting in the horizantal position in the menu height area it is better to have a vertical square logo area, as in demo - Medic 2 template (http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/medic2/) the black square logo stands out of the menu bar and also we need to keep the white menu bar full width.

Edit: we would like to use the above menu in lawyer template or any other template in case.

    Ok never mind got it,

    It is in Theme options -> Global -> Logo -> Advanced -> overflow logo - Ticked.
