Top Bar not sticking
Hello.
We are finding that the Top_bar div that contains the nav menu and such is not sticking when we shrink the browser window below 1240px. This is one of the default break points in Bethemes responsive coding. The Top_bar is sticky and visible when the browser window is wider that 1240px. The class turns to "is-sticky" when you scroll down still as it should, but it's just not visible. I double-checked the theme options to make sure "Sticky" is switched on under the heading options. I've commented out all my custom css to see if that broke it; it didn't. I did the standard turn off all plugins, and the problem was still there.
Any way to fix this?

please update the theme to the newest version since it is very outdated.
