Icon Bar Default Size is appearing Large

The size="" is empty but the icons still appear large?
How can I make them default size?

if you left size attribute empty, then it is the smallest option available and it is not possible to get smaller. But if you want to make them smaller, then please use below css:
a.icon_bar, a.icon_bar span { font-size: 15px; width: 38px; height: 38px; line-height: 38px; }
