Unable to use the purchase code to register the theme

I am unable to register the theme with my purchase code. It shows me an error that I need to de-register the old site first where I used the theme earlier. The problem is that I have deleted everything from the previous site without de-registering the theme and now that hosting is also expired. Can you help me with reactivating the purchase code so I can use the theme.
