One other thing, I'd like to add a country search drop down menu to the page content, i,e, add it to a column. Can you tell me the best way of doing this please ? I can see that I could add a custom menu but since there are about 140 items this would be very long, so a drop down list would be better.

You can just make a button that redirects to a page, have you tried that?
