Footer Lost on Sale Product Pages

Hi, when I place an item in the sale category the footer and related products get lost. Can you please let me know what to do to fix. I'm not seeing anything in the code.

Also to note, this only happens in Google Chrome.

This is the page. It just scrolls to nothing. We put it up on a test site to take down all the plugins and see if that was affecting it. We deactivated and removed every plugin one at a time to see if it was causing it and it was still looking like this.
