Look, how can I desable the Muffin Builder and use only Visual Composer?

and everything that I did on muffin builder will be able to do on visual composer without lose any data?

I do not quite understand the question. You cannot edit the content from the muffin builer in VC.

When I only chose VC, the content demo got empty...

All of the demo content is built in the muffin builer and can be only edited in muffin builer. VC is just a plugin.
