Menu bar not visible after scrolling on mobile

I've been trying to figure out how to make the menu bar/header stick after scrolling on mobile. I've been able to make the menu icon visible and sticky but not the icon and a white background. This is my site www.tutorx.org

you can set the sticky header on mobile in theme options>responsive>header
