Menu of the blog is changing

Hi there,
I am using a website on a One Page, with menus redirecting to some "specifics places" on my front page with # but I'm also using a blog, with a secondary menu. The menu for the first page of the blog is working but the menu of the posts in other pages does't follow the blog's menu and there is no place I can fix it, or I can't find it.

we are not sure if we understand your problem. Do you mean that you have 2 different menus? Different on "one page" pages and different on blog page? And you wish to have the same menu on all pages? Or what exactly?
