Slider Revolution Stopped working! "update is required"

I Ordered Betheme Wordpress theme, and my Slider Revolution Stopped working because it needed an update!

and i cannot activate the Slider revolution from the Plugins tabs (because its shows that update is required) and when i click on update, it takes me to the Installing Plugin Page of the Slider Revolution, and it shows me Unpacking the package… and its stay forever !

so should i buy support for betheme again so i can update the Slider revolution ? or i should buy new license to the Slider revolution ?

how can i have the slider revolution up and running again ?

Hello,
please first try to disable the plugin and then run the update.
You do not need to buy the plugin. You have to buy it only when you want instant updates and more premium features.

I'm having the same issue. RS isn't up-to-date and can't figure out how to do so. I've disabled, enabled and it's still the same.

Please update the plugin via betheme>install plugin not via plugins panel.
Also try to disable all plugins when updating if you run to any trouble.
