Muffin Updates not working after updating to 20.x
I have several websites using BeTheme.
Several of these websites are on the SAME server, with the exact same PHP settings.
SOME of the websites are updating correctly, MANY are not.
Even after disabling ALL plugins, verifying that the hosting environment is identical (same PHP version and settings, etc.). Many of the website will not update any of the bundled plugins, or the theme itself.
I have tried to deactivate and reactivate the purchase code on these sites, and still no solution.
The only error that is given with the updates is a timeout contacting the Muffin Group API server. Like I said before, the weird part is that some of the websites manage just fine, while many others do not.
I suspect that it MAY have something to do with Muffin's API server verifying our license keys or something. Because everything else is the same ... the hosting server, the PHP settings, the installed plugins, the theme, etc, etc.

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
