page banners and image not displaying; not responsive

Hello.

Site getting close to completion.

Sent to client today to have a look. 

I am noticing that page banner image not displaying on phone and tablets
I am noticing image not displaying on phone and tablets
I have played around with Responsive settings, but no luck. Hoping something simple.

    With some perseverance and trouble shooting, I have solved the two problems above. 

    I was loading the background image for the page banners in the wrong location. 

    As for the image that was not always displaying on the about page, I renamed it in my files, made it smaller and replaced the larger version. So, not sure if it was a naming error or a loading size error.
