Magnific popup breaks the layout

I faced this problem for a long time - prettyphoto did the same. I am testing active now the Magnific popup. It is rather good, but the old disease ( I think that this is a theme disease) - at a place )
Look:
1) Nice scroll IS ON (for better site look)
2) I use Action Button
3) when Magnific starts - aside from Nice scrol - THE STANDART browser scroll appearing - it breaks the Action button layout, moves it down. And when the popup is closed - nothing goes back - the layout stays broken.

IF (!) I disable Nice scroll - everything is ok. Layout stays stable. The question - how to correct this issue?

yes but we do not use the magnific popup, only woocommerce uses it. If the nice scroll does not work please switch to another scroll plugin. To fix it we would have to rebuild a lot of things, we will take it into consideration.

I mean only popup. When popup (native BE popup window) starts ( Be used pretty photo some time ago) - additional browser scroll appears... And in FF, and in Chrome..
Ok - if there is no solution - I will turn off Nice Scroll...
