Add an overlay on a background image

Hi,

I would like to add an overlay on a background image, which remove or change with the hover on the logo.

I think that I have to do this with html, but I don't know who to proceed, could you explain to me?

This is the web site : http://auxpiedssouslatable.fr/ but it is under construction.

There is a subscriber login : User - Password : user

Hi,

I would have something like this for the home page : https://pasteboard.co/GRiOrjR.jpg

And when the mouse is on the logo the overlay disappears, like that : https://pasteboard.co/GRiNOaj.jpg

You can use the zoombox item,
http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/boxes-infographics/#zoombox
It will display a hover overlay.
