Hamburger Menu Missing on Mobile

The hamburger menu is missing on tablet and mobile sizes. Is there an option now in the new Betheme version that needs to be changed to access menu on smaller screen sizes?

It is not missing, it is located on the left side but since it is white you do not see it on the white background.

Go to theme options>colors>menu and change the button color.
