this is not possible because if you use slider as main item in the top, then subheader with title and breadcrumbs will look awful. But if you really want to have subheader and slider, then maybe you should create regular page (without slider), but slider use as raw/text shortcode under muffin builder. This will be the best way to do what you ask for.
