  Hi,
  
  there might be few different reasons, why you get this error and this has nothing to with the BeTheme itself. Below, we list some most probably causes:
  
  - there is not enough memory on server side and only your admin/hosting provider will be able to check this in logs
  - your server might not support uploading different files than .zip format
  - there is not enough space on the disc of your server
  
  In above cases, you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider. Just in case, we include few links below that may help you as well:

  Hi contact the hosting provider and he says that he has checked everything and that the error can not be there. What can i do now?

  Sorry but we cannot do anything about it. This is a hosting problem, not a theme problem regardless of what your hosting provider says.
