Changing Menu Background Color

I am having the hardest time trying to change the background color on the main top menu, and can't find anything anywhere online.  I must be missing something very simple here. It is just white and I want it to be #1B17A6 .  http://lifespringmethodist.church

    I went to theme options>colors and actually changed everything one at a time and then all at once to see if any of them affected the menu color.  None worked. Is there another setting overriding? Which specific setting changes the background color.?

    this work was done in the color>heading settings

    Hi,
    this simply is because you have selected the theme skin color in theme options>colors>general. In that case you will be not able to change any colors individually. Please do not use this option if you wish to modify the colors.
