One of the clients did not end up using the site (can I simply re-asign the key somehow?) and also one of the sites is now live at a new location - how can i update registration info please?

if the website is not used you can remove it from the FTP and use the key on another website.
If you want to move the website to another location you should first deregister and then register at the destination.
