HI, this is not the header image but the subheader image and title. You have selected transparent header and its style is set to minimalist which completly removes the posiblity to have a image bg in the header.
You would have to disable minimialist in theme options>header &subheader>header and remove the images from the subheader (also decrease vertical padding to make it smaller) then add images to the header area and you ill have a subheader with just the title below. thanks
