Builder >> SEO and Muffin Builder SEO Options

Hi, I have a few questions about SEO and theme options. 

1. From my understanding, Builder >> SEO is just for plugins like Yoast to be able to analyze the page content better. Does this better analyzation of page content have an SEO benefit, or does it just allow Yoast to create a more accurate page score?

2. Is there an advantage to using the Muffin Builder's SEO functions (page title, meta, etc) over Yoast's?

    Hi,
    1. It just allows the plugins like Yoast to see the content from the muffin builer, it does not have any impact on the SEO.
    2. Yoast SEO has just more options but if you are looking for a simple SEO without any advanced features then the Muffin SEO fields will be enough.
