Masonry Blog Featured Images not Resizing and Cropping

Hi. I currently am trying to use Masonry Blog, but for some reason the featured images don't resize and crop.
They stay uncropped.
Why might this be happening?

Hi,
1. Make sure you regenerate thumbnails
2. The original images have to be larger than the dimmensions you enter, otherwise the images will not resize.
3. Make sure you resize them in theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image

Where is the featured image option? I can't find it under blog portfolio & shop.

If you do not see it then pleae make sure that your theme is updated to the newest version.
