entire text of post appears in the menu

For some reason, a link in one of my menu links does not appear as just a link, but the entire text of the post is there. as if it took the entire page a put it as the link.

how can i get rid of it?

Hi,
Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

look at the first 2 menu items, which are

1. contact us

2. esthetic dentistry

when i added a submenu of about us under contact us

and teeth whitening a complete guide under esthetic dentistry

when you look at the submenu the entire text of that post appears

All the fonts are pulled from the theme options,
the text is "Libre Baskerville", Arial, Tahoma, sans-serif
and the headings are "Arvo", Arial, Tahoma, sans-serif

Sorry but we do not understand the issue here, all fonts are fine. Maybe show on screenshots?
