Woocommerce - Puchased files doesn't download completely, but direct links are ok
Hi Betheme-Community,
I've made a digital shop to sell some vj loops. Most of them are free but need to be purchase thru the woocommerce shop. I use Betheme and have everything up to date.
Puchased files doesn't download completely - but direct links are ok
Since i update to Woocommerce 2.3 the files that are purchased thru my shop doesn't download correctly and they stop before the end of the download. It says download complete, but the file is maybe 150Mo as the real zip file on the server makes 2Gb.
Strange thing is that if i use the direct link that i enter in my product page everything works normal.
I tried the Amazon S3 systeme with the plugin, same problem.
I have update everything, remove the complete theme and woocommerce, add the last versions of my ftp, I have no problem with my server and woocommerce status are all green.
All my clients have the same problem and i search since one week, make lots of improvements but still have this problem.
Maybe someone has a solution, If you want to try here is a link to one of my free product :

did you read this topic http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/3469/update-from-older-woocommerce-versions-to-2-3-3-or-newer-important ?
Yes I did, I remove everything before i uploaded woocommerce 2.3.4 and be theme 2.6
will redo it maybe it will fix the problem
So i've remove and upload direct to my ftp the woocommerce plugin and the betheme (latest version for both). And it didn't fix that problem.
Really strange
I know you're not able to do something but was just asking if you maybe have a solution or if someone has the same issue.
I just tried to go back to the latest version before woocommerce 2.3 and it works so the problem really comes from the woocommerce plugin. Will see if i find a solution on their side.
Will post here if I find any solution, thanks for help and keep up the good job
It's the "Force Download" who doesn't work with big files. Strange thing is that is work perfect before woocommerce 2.3.
