EDGE Browser - Theme issue

I would like to ask for some inspection on EDGE Browser due when I open on EDGE the scroll down by trackpad at Laptop and mouse on Desktop doesn't function , to scroll down I need to set the mouse on the right browser bar.

please go to theme options>addons&plugins>addons and change the scroll plugin.
