Betheme Checkout is not showing payment info

I purchased the latest version of betheme and installed the latest version of wordpress as well as the latest version of woocommerce, however, i am unable ot process any orders because the Checkout payment option does not show up on the site. I've trouble shooted by changing to the defaulted theme in WordPress and then the option to enter credit card info shows up. so that tells me its a theme issue. any other troubleshooting suggestions you could help me with so I can begin processing orders?

    Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.

    2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).

    Hope these steps would help you a lot.
