WPCF7 goes into a loop when submitting in hebrew-rtl

I use Betheme+http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/tea/ 

I also use WPML in this project.

WPCF7 in the rtl(hebrew) goes into an endless loop when submitting - THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN in another  BETHEME project of mine using the http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/boutique/ - where both WPCF7 hebrew & english work fine.

Please your urgent help - I need to submit this project today.

    these could be plugins, please disable all plugins and check it again.

    Done already to no avail

    Found a workaround googling the subject:

    add_filter( 'wpcf7_load_js', '__return_false');   added to functions.php

    gives the website a"shake" when submitting form - but workes

    I'll be happy to get a better solution

    I have a similar project to this - the only difference is that I use BeTheme-boutique instead.
    the form works fine there - so I can safely assume that the issue resides with BeTheme-tea child theme itself.

    Furthermore, the "fix" is a js oriented filter which emphasizes the above presumption.

    This is not the case, pre-built websites works upon the same theme, only difference is the content and theme options. There must be something wrong with the plugin or your theme files.
