I find a selector in css-file but it looks like this:

I would like to add this image only in not-opened menu background.

Site is on localhost so i cant get you a link.

You can just simply use this

}

If I add this code to base.css or layout.css - it doesn't work

But if I add this code to "analyze google chrome extend" - it works. But it looks like this:

Set this custom css in theme options>Custom css&js>css and remove browser cache.
It works from that I see, the image is loaded but you have to make it repeat or cover.

We do not understand this:
"I won't to display this background-image if menu is active"
So do you want or do not want,
if you do not want this, then in the active css make background-image:none !important;
