One licence working, the other isnt

Hi team, 

Iam a very happy customer of your themes, they are really great. 

I purchased two licences of Betheme, the second one now since we are starting a new project. 
The problem is I want able to deregister the old purchase code correctly (it still says its not deregistered) and since we moved servers iam not able to do any further actions. 

These are my purchase codes:

2d92159c-56bd-4b81-ad5c-xxxxxxxxxxxx - WORKING
bc4be7c1-f737-4289-84dc-xxxxxxxxxxxx - NOT WORKING ANYMORE

I hope you can manually deregister the purchase code above,
