Change styles on Blog>Masonry

Hello. Is there an easy way to change the style of the boxes displayed on the Masonry blog? I would like to set the box color and the type of heading and text format used fo the thumbnails of each post, but I can't find the way on both theme options or control panel. 

Is there a way or should I manually modify the Theme CSS?
