Layer slider not working.

in Revolution Slider
I am trying to display a layer slider on my homepage ( http://mississippimayhem.com ), but it keeps reverting to the revolution slider. Even though I have erased all RV sliders. While editing the homepage, I choose the appropriate layer slider, click update and it reverts back as though I never made the update. I am frustrated to no end. Anyone have an answer?

Also the countdown has stopped working, no matter how many times I reset it. It shows the appropriate date and time on the edit page, but doesn't work on the front end.

    Hi,

    as we see, you are not able to save "Layer slider" option in "Page options" section. Are you able to save other settings from this section or only this slider can't be saved?

    I was able to make other changes, but for whatever reason it would not let me save the Layer Slider option on that page. I ended up recreating the page entirely to work around the problem.

    The countdown on that page (http://www.mississippimayhem.com), the under construction page and the ticket page (http://www.mississippimayhem.com/tickets/) still aren't working and now the FAQ accordion on http://www.mississippimayhem.com/faq/ isn't working either. The titles show, but the boxes will not open to reveal the answers.

    Do you use multisite or not? Did you checked if you are able to save other options from "Page options" section?

    No, I do not use multisite and yes, I can save other options from the "page options" section.

    The layer slider is working on the new page I recreated.

    I still cannot get the countdown or accordion items to work either in WP-editor or the Muffin Builder.

    There is this notice at the top of my dashboard.

    We recommend to have a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/3469/update-from-older-woocommerce-versions-to-2-3-3-or-newer-important where everything has been described.

    But if you are not able to save only slider on one page, it means that max_input_vars variable must be increased on your server because you are not able to save pages when you have more options and items. This variable is probably 1000 as default, while should be 5000 or even 10000.

    max_input_vars has been increased to 5000. Countdown and accordion still not working.

    My gallery has also stopped working. The photos are still there, but when you click on one it opens a new page containing just the photo instead of opening the photo in a lightbox to allow navigation to the next. http://www.mississippimayhem.com/photo-gallery/

    If you increased max_input_vars and you are 100% sure that this is what you have in settings, then we have no idea what else could be the problem.

    About gallery, did you setup prettyPhoto style in Theme options > Getting started > Advanced section? Because this could be the reason why you can't open images in prettyphoto.

    The pretty photo settings are set to default. I worked at one time, now it does not.

    So you have no explanation as to why the gallery, countdown and accordion are not working?

    I installed the Huge IT Gallery plugin and it works fine. Same with adding a countdown using T(-) Countdown shortcode, works fine, but when trying to use features bundled with BeTheme they do not work.

    The problem seems to be stemming from the Huge IT Video Gallery. I deactivated all of my plugins except for T(-) Countdown and then reactivated them one by one. When activating Huge IT Video gallery, the countdown, gallery and accordion stopped working. 

    Any ideas what the conflict may be?

    If items does not work properly with Huge IT Gallery plugin, then you should contact with plugin's author because we are not able to help in this case as it is 3rd party plugin. We guarantee that our theme works properly with good and well written plugins in accordance to WP API.
