Side Bar on WooCommerce Page

Hi There.

I can see that I have selected a side bar for my WooCommerce shop page but my customised side bar for Shop, which I set up under BeTheme settings and edited in Widgets is not displaying. Please can you assist?

Hi,
please go to appaerance>widgets and place all the shop widgets in the plugin|woocommerce
This is the only sidebar you should use on your shop page.

Please edit the main shop page and scroll to page options where you should see the sidebar layout options. Are those set correctly? Please send some screenshots because we cannot enter your website.
