Is there an option to skip the full screen header?

I set a full screen header on the top page.
Click the arrow to scroll down to the menu bar.
Clicking on the site logo and Home (front page), the full screen header will be displayed again.

My hope is that when you click on the site logo the full screen header will be displayed and clicking on Home will cause the full screen header to be skipped or scrolled down.
