Blank page with boxed layout

I try to get a boxed layout with a blank page template. When I choose blank page template, then no boxed layout is visible. How can I enable the boxed layout? I have the boxed layout activated on the betheme options.

Hi,
I have informed the dev team about this and they will fix it in the next update, please update the theme on friday after the update.
