Menu sticks to left whatever option I choose

Hi,

On my site http://luraluz.fr/, I am using the "dietician" layout, which is very nice. However, the client decided she didn't want the centred style menu, so I removed the custom code for that. I then chose the "fixed" menu option in "Header" / "Layout" / "Style", but it is not working and everything is still sticking to the left. Can you please tell me how to get the menu to work nicely as in the "fixed" or "classic" style?

Thanks, I have done that and now it sticks to the right, but if you look at your other models, and sites I have done with you before (https://www.ekiteko.com,) there is a margin at either side of the menu, so that it is slightly centred. If I try to get this effect by using the classic layout for example, it doesnt work and it brings back the subheader space.

The menu stays in bounds with the grid width you can set up in theme options>global>general.
You can make the header full width in theme options>header&subheader>header and remove the left margin from the logo in theme options>global>logo

Thank you , but I'm afraid none of this changes anything. Also I am seeing the page title section on the home page on mobile.

But I did set the full width header option:

so that is why I think there is a problem.
