ZipArchive issue

Hi - i can not update the theme or bakery builder and am getting this error: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature. I did contact the hosting company who said that they have zip, bzip and gzip but WILL NOT be able to install ZipArchive on their server. Below is a view of what I am seeing in the system status. How I can update the theme?

Hi,
please contact your hostign provider and make sure that CURL is installed on your server.

Hi - yes, it is enabled!

If they cannot install zip archive on the server then installing the plugins or updating the theme will be a hard task. Please contact us privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will send you those plugin file so you can update them. You can update the theme manually by downloading it from themeforest.
This will be painful to do in the future so we suggest changing the hosting provider.

We disabled all of your plugins and were able to update the theme as weall as the plugins.

So the problem is in your third-party plugins.

Hi - thanks so much! I guess I will have to locate the plugin that is the culprit. ;(
