betheme new version update theme

Our betheme theme was bought febuary 13th. version 20.8.6. now 20.8.8.1 is available but my theme won't update. It is telling me that my theme has no files. How do i fix this problem?

Hi,
please make sure taht your license key is not registered somwhere else using this tool:
http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

This error message comes up when the license is used on more than one domain.

the key was only used once, new for this websitebuild. We know that it is not posible to use keys more then once. Can there be an other cause?

You cannot use a key on more than one project. Unless you are using a domain and subdomain or your website is on localhost.
