Portfolio not showing catogories

Hi. When I insert a portfolio element on a page I just want to show e.g. 5 out of 7 categories but also keep the "Filter"-option, so the user can choose between the different countries (in this case). However, it just show "All" as seen below and I can't click it. My settings are below.
