Hi I am trying to upload new theme but prebuilt websites grayed out - I have updated to latest version

is your theme registered? Please also try to disable all plugins.

Yes the theme is registered - what plugins do i disable?
This happens every time I update the theme? It takes 48hrs to see/download new content - they are gray in the meantime.

Like we said, disable all plugins. Only for testing. But we will need to take more advanced steps to solve this:
Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at
http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact
so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit

Ok My PHP limit is 30 and hostgator say they can't increase it more - what else can i do?

Is it because I need to update layer slider? if so it's saying update bundle not available.
