Twitter share link – mobile issues

Hi There,
i just realized that the social-share box (blog-posts) has an old "twitter-share-function". It doesn't work on mobile phones anymore.
old one: https://twitter.com/home?status=
i already changed it in my theme-functions.php (line 571) and it works. Just wanted to ask if you could add this fix to your next update?
