  I have add the navigation menu in sidebar and in footer. My question is how I could change colors, fonts, arrow instead of bullet etc.

  So the link color and hover can be set in theme options>colors>content>link. You can also change the list color in the same option page.

  Thanks for the answer. But I have some more question with design. How I can change the bullet with arrow >, to change the color of the background (not grey but white) and at hover the text just change the color without underline.
